This reminds me of Dune, for some reason. And of course of Cyclonopedia. Can we channel more than steel and water? Can we channel more than the movements of people? How far can we metamorph/terraform the earth—and why not begin testing these limits where we live, by changing the city into jungle, quilt-patch by patch? Delancey Underground = excitement, agreed.
